Newly Assigned Institute for School Library Professionals - Day 2 (Cohort 1) In-Person

Our Newly Assigned Institute prepares new librarians in the Department of Education to hit the ground running in developing a library program and delivering instruction that benefits students. It is delivered over 4 days in the course of the year, with 2 days in August or September with a cohort and days 3 & 4 bringing both cohorts. This is the registration for Day 2 which is eligible for 5 hours of CTLE credit in Pedagogy.

The New York City Department of Education is recognized by the New York State Education Department's Office of Teaching Initiatives as an approved sponsor of CTLE for Professional Classroom Teachers, School Leaders and Level III Teaching Assistants.
